RATES

The European Tuna Conference 2009 registration rate is EUR 395 (+VAT)

This fee includes one full-day conference at the Sheraton Brussels Hotel, in the city’s center, as well as 2 coffee & refreshment breaks, a business luncheon and a network Tuna Awards Cocktail Party which will be held directly after the conclusion of the conference on the top floor of the hotel, overviewing Brussels.

The delegates will receive a Conference Kit with the relative conference documentation, as well as a CD-rom containing all the conference papers and the list of participants to the event.

VAT

Belgium VAT of 21% is payable on all conference fees, regardless of the delegate’s home country. Certain EU regulations permit VAT paid in member countries to be reclaimed. For further information, please contact your local tax authorities.

Payment Policy

Registration fees can also be paid in cash, in Euros, at the reception desk of the European Tuna Conference 2009.
There will be no credit card payment facilities.

Should payment have not reached us before the date of the conference, i.e. April 27th 09.00 am, we will have no other choice than to request cash payment at the reception desk. And should your bank wire arrive afterwards, we will then reimburse you the received amount.

Refund & Cancellation Policy                    

Refunds for cancellations are subject to an administration fee of EUR 80.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations later than April 20th.
If Atuna.com cancels the event -for any reason- delegates will receive full refund.

Limited Availability

There are only 300 seats available for this conference. Once the quota is full, no new subscriptions will be accepted.
