The standard registration rate is EUR 455 (+VAT).<\/p>\n
There are only 300 seats available for this conference. Once the quota is full, Atuna will not be able to accept additional registrations.<\/p>\n

Upon arrival to the Venue:<\/h1>\n
Each delegate will receive a CONFERENCE KIT with the following documentation:<\/p>\n
– Name badge
– Conference Booklet, including the day’s full program, speakers and speech summaries
– List of participants to the event
– Additional conference related documentation<\/p>\n
VAT<\/h1>\n
Belgium VAT of 21% is payable on all conference participation fees, regardless of the delegate’s home country. This means that VAT will need to be paid by both non-EU as well as EU citizens. Certain EU regulations permit VAT paid in member countries to be reclaimed. For further information, please contact your local tax authorities.<\/p>\n
Admission Policy<\/h1>\n
The conference and exhibition is only open to professionals, trade and business visitors.<\/p>\n
Admission is by registration only.<\/p>\n
Due to liability restrictions, no one under the age of 16 will be permitted in the conference venue.<\/p>\n
All visitors must be in proper business attire. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to those deemed inappropriately dressed.<\/p>\n
All entries shall remain the property of Atuna bv reserving the right to use the entry forms, names and the details of visitors for purposes of publicity, advertising and\/or trade promotions without further compensation or notice.<\/p>\n
Filming of the event is strictly forbidden.<\/p>\n
Payment Policy<\/span><\/h1>\nRegistration fees can be paid by credit card or bank transfer, at the time of online registration. It is also possible to pay your participation fee –standard rate- in cash, in Euros, at the reception desk of the European Tuna Conference 2019.<\/p>\n
Refund & Cancellation Policy<\/h1>\n
Refunds for cancellations are subject to an administration fee of EUR 80.<\/p>\n
No refunds will be granted for cancellations later than April 10th.<\/p>\n
If the European Tuna Conference 2019 is cancelled -for any reason- delegates will receive full refund.<\/p>\n
The organizer reserves the right to amend\/cancel these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.<\/p>\n
