Belgium VAT of 21% is not included in these rates. Certain EU regulations permit VAT paid in member countries to be reclaimed. For further information, please contact your local tax authorities.
Sponsorship rates to be paid within 15 days from confirmation date.
– If cancellation is received at least 45 days before the event, there will be a 75% refund.
– If cancellation is received between 45 and 21 days prior to the event, there will be a 25% refund.
– No refunds will be granted for cancellations later than April 11th.
– If the European Tuna Conference is cancelled -for any reason- the sponsor will receive full refund.
