VAT
A Spanish VAT of 21% is charged to all companies established outside of mainland Spain. Certain EU regulations permit VAT paid in member
countries to be reclaimed. For further information, please contact your local tax authorities.
PAYMENT POLICY
Registration fees can be paid by credit card or bank transfer, at the time of online
registration. It is also possible to pay your participation fee if there are still available seats-
in cash, in Euros, at the reception desk of the European Tuna Conference 2027.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds for cancellations are subject to an administration fee of EUR 80.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations later than March 25th.
If the European Tuna Conference 2027 is cancelled -for any reason- delegates will receive full refund.
Sponsors and exhibitors will receive 50% refund.
The organizer reserves the right to amend/cancel these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
